Powerful Health Benefits in Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids
Consuming fats in your diet is essential if you want to live a healthy lifestyle that keeps you looking and feeling great. Omega-3 essential fatty acids are just one of these crucially important additions to your diet.
Here's a quick list of the health benefits associated with omega-3 essential fatty acids:

When purchasing isolated omega-3 pills, you may notice some products also contain the other two components of essential fatty acids: omega-6 and omega-9. Stick with the ones that contain only high amounts of omega-3's. Most people already get high amounts of these two fatty acids from their diet, and it's the lack of omega-3's that can cause many health problems.
Look for 1,000mg pills and take 3–9 per day with food depending on your current health status, budget, and dietary goals. Taking the pills during or immediately after a meal will not only reduce the risk of an upset stomach, but also improve the absorption of the omega-3's. If you're concerned or simply unsure about dosage or potential problems, consult with a physician or nutritionalist.
